Please sync libcommons-dbcp-java from Debian unstable to Gutsy universe.

Reasons:
  - New upstream version
  - All Ubuntu changes are incorporated

Looking at the version in ubuntu

that Feisty Edgy and Dapper has 1.2.1

and Looking at the change log for commons-dbcp-java 1.2.2
http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/dbcp/changes-report.html

that says that the changes are api compatible
Can Feisty edgy and dapper be updated to 1.2.2 ? or has to be done a Backport ?

Yes, this is relative to a backport, please open a bug on feisty-backport, edgy-backport and dapper-backport for that.
