Bug Description

If I understand the LTS policy correctly, this should be fixed for precise. As otherwise, the implication is that LTS users should upgrade off of the LTS release if they want a working package.
I understand if this is considered a duplicate bug. However, as it describe the problem for precise/LTS, and on an assumption that the "Fix Released" status has moved anyone on, I'm taking that chance.
