Cable is missing a Server tab. similar to channel ones but for server messages like MOTD or whois responses...

Whois responses should be displayed when hovering a user name, MODT isn't really important, but I guess there should be a way to access it w/o making it waste too much space.

well some servers display RULES and support links that users should know on their MODT.
