Bug Description

This error occurs every time I try to install kernel from Raring. This kind of bug occured for the first time when Quantal was launched (bug report https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bcmwl/+bug/1169306 describes my problem with my 64bit Ubuntu 12.04) so I presume that this error is somewhat similar.

The bug report you've smarked orginally addresses Ubuntu 13.04 64bit. It was only visible in the comments that this problem exists in LTS version. I've encountered this problem while installing Quantal kernel some time ago and it seems that this problem may persists with subsequent kernels due to the LTS Enablement Stack philosophy. I merely wanted to open topic where we can address subsequent issues.
