Open new tab/window in current directory

One thing I miss from gnome-terminal is the ability to right click in a terminal window and open a new tab or a new window in the same directory as the current window. With pantheon-terminal, I instead need to do a cd from my home directory each time I need a new terminal.

I'm not near my computer right now, but David doesn't Pantheon Terminal have "duplicate tab"?

There is a follow-last-tab setting that when active makes the directory of a new Tab or Window the same as the previous open Tab. Isn't that what gnome-terminal does?

I could have sworn this was a feature of dynamic notebook. Definitely needs to be fixed in Terminal to stay consistent with other notebooks.

I added support for the "duplicate tab" feature in the attached branch.

I wanted to be able to use the feature and it was easy to fix so I implemented it. Maybe I should have posted a patch instead? Anyway, feel free to use it if you like it.
