Bug Description
The list of character to choose from is incomplete. All available data need searching and the list appending to. Perhaps a mechanism for reporting or adding new ones in future?

A scripts directory has been added, which has a script to parse a list of PHYML files and pull out the characters and analyses. We can simply run this periodically (before release?) and update the RNC files accordingly. Needs checking by hand to make sure 12s and 12S (for example) are not included.
