application launcher mouse and shortcut unresponsive problem

Bug Description
Sometimes the top left application launcher exits too fast while clicking with mouse.
Another important problem I have is, Win + Space key sometimes does not respond. Only after initializing the Applications menu by clicking it with mouse once, it starts to work again.
This can happen after login, or after exiting from some games.
