Please sync desktop-profiles 1.4.16 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Merge from Debian Unstable. Remaining changes:
   - debian/control: Remove kiosktool from Suggests as it has
     been removed in Ubuntu.
This was fixed in release 1.4.16.
