Networking pop-up menu's arrow is not aligned with networking icon

Bug Description
When the networking pop-up menu is opened from the networking tray icon, the pop-up menu's arrow is not aligned with the icon. It is usually aligned with the next icon over. Sometimes it is in between the next two icons, as in the attached screenshot.

I can confirm, but I've seen this happen with several different indicator icons.
