Compiled executables require compiler to run

Bug Description

From Joerg-Ruediger Hill:

Dear Sir,

in the past the compiled executables you made available on the web were usable on Linux even without having the compilers which were used to compile them installed. Apparently starting with version 5 this is no longer the case. Both the Intel and PGI compiled executables require one library from the compiler to run. Are there any plans to change this back to the situation as it was before ?

On ABINIT 5.3.3 with "enable_smart_config" set to "no" (the default now), the binaries should not require the libraries anymore. It is possible that you have to pass some compile-time options manually though.

The build system of ABINIT has undergone heavy fixes during the development stage of 5.5, and should handle most compilers in a much cleaner way. Any report telling whether this issue is now closed will be welcome.
