Bug Description

1. Availability: any

2. Rationale:
dlm used to be part of redhat-cluster suite. Nowadays, dlm was separated into its own project. With the removal of redhat-cluster from the Ubuntu archive in saucy, this new package is required to build CLVM.

3. Security:
No CVE's

4. QA:
Package is not in debian because they still ship redhat-cluster. (Maintainer will be adopting our changes soon)
0 bugs in Ubuntu.

5. UI standards:
None

6. Dependencies:
All in main.

7. Standards:
No lintian warnings.
1 Lintian error overriden: dlm: description-starts-with-package-name
Packaged with debhelper. Source format is 3.0 (quilt)

8. Maintenance:
Easy.

9. Background information:
DLM used to be part of redhat-cluster and now it is its own source package. LVM2 source will require dlm to build clvm.

As effectively a split-out from a package previously in main, I don't think this requires an MIR. I've gone ahead and moved it to main on ubuntu-archive authority alone.

dlm was demoted to universe in xenial with the reorg for build-depends, since no other packages in main had binary dependencies on it. With the latest upload of ocfs2-tools to yakkety, this has changed, and libdlm3 is being pulled in again.

The 'redhat-cluster-suite' package which dlm replaced is also still listed in the server-ship seed, despite not being in any release later than precise.

I believe the original rationale for the MIR still applies here and am repromoting the package without a fresh review, since it appears that by rights it would have been on the server ship seed all along.
