autodir just does not function anymore in 13.04

Bug Description
autodir (although always had issues with the supplied config file in /etc/default) used to work like a charm once the services is started successfully and the correctl autofs module is loaded; I have installed ubuntu 13.04 x86_64, now the autodir is running fine, but not capturing logins and not creating home directories ! (as if in 13.04 the way logins are happening and requests to reach home directories has changed)

I guess this was a false alarm; autodir seems to work just fine! I applogize ...
