Bug Description

openembedded-armv8-pre-built-images-vexpress64 CI job fails to submit LAVA job since August 9:

xmlrpclib.Fault: <Fault 400: 'stream /private/team/linaro/pre-built-vexpress64/ not found'>
[...]

The bundle stream is now public per LEG/OpenJDK team request, the new bundle stream is:
/public/team/linaro/pre-built-vexpress64/

CI job updated to use the new bundle stream:
export BUNDLE_STREAM_NAME="/public/team/linaro/pre-built-vexpress64/"
