log in for user with first project disabled fails

Bug Description

A user with roles on multiple projects may not be able to log in. If the first project in the list of projects returned by keystone is disabled, the user will not be able to login and scope the token to a project that is enabled.

In openstack_auth/backend.py line 129 should be indented one less.
