Bug Description
It's possible to publish albums from an unverified account. However, it's not possible to publish files in this case.
This should be consistent, so I guess that the unverified accounts shouldn't see the sharing options on the photos tab.
To reproduce:
Register a new ubuntu one account.
Do not verify this address
Upload some pictures.
Go to the photos tab.
Open an album.
Click the sharing link.
