certain youtube videos dont work

some videos dont work in youtube could be flash related dont know i used the latest flash from the resportorys and the latest firefox.

It works perfectly here.

Feisty with standard flash plugins.

I installed flash through firefox, not the repositories.

i reinstalled flash and still doesnt work

Try getting rid of flash through the repositories, then navigate to the video and allow firefox to install flash itself.

i assume that you are using the flashplugin-nonfree package. Reassigning package properly. If its gnash just drop a line. I will reassign it properly then.

its not gnash. I installed flash from firefox and still some youtube videos dont play

I confirm: Certain youtube videos don't play. They freeze firefox so I have to "force quit" it. As of the latest firefox upgrade no flash file containing audio does work anymore. The browser always freezes! I downgraded to flash plugin version 9.0.31 from 9.0.48 and still the same problem.

There is a bug report in here mentioning it might have something to do with snd_hda_intel. I can confirm that I am having the same sound driver.
