Bug Description
Following our email discussion on whether we should be sending crashes when the application made use of third-party libraries, Brian has suggested that if we do send them, we provide a means to filter them out:

This should be fairly straightforward. We just need to increment a separate set of counters for all the combinations of day, month, year, package, version, etc. These counters would be incremented when the crash did not make use of any third-party libraries.
