Complex presentation/business logic in app detail templates

There shouldn't be much presentation/business logic in the templates, but make the templates as dumb as possible and move the logic to the respective views. Application details templates for apps and clickapps are complex in that sense (perms checks, when to display or not a section, etc), it should be possible to move most of the logic to the base detail view.
