Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox
Using firefox browse to:
http://
File-->
One sixth of page (right hand column) is cut off of print. (Hard copy printing also.)
Page setup options and print properties options do not correct.
Top left header is overwritten by content.
I can print perfect Ubuntu print-test pages (all margin boundary lines showing), after changing the printer to Letter from A4 via cups browser page.
Brother 5040D printer. BR-Script 3 driver.

I can replicate this in Feisty i386.
But is it a bug or is Firefox supposed to make it into an A4 size document?
