Bug Description
Having enabled "proposed" updates on Ubuntu Raring I suddenly got this building Midori:
File "./waf", line 2
SyntaxError: Non-ASCII character '\xef' in file ./waf on line 2, but no encoding declared; see http://
The work-around was to downgrade from the aforementioned update:
2.7.4-2ubuntu3.1 => 2.7.4-2ubuntu3
Not sure yet what to do but I will say this is reasonably urgent and we have other issues with Waf - so this may contribute to making the move to cmake sooner.
