Fix vertical lines in the toolbar

Bug Description
I also added a picture, on left is original and on the right, how it should look. I also circled 2 places, that should be fixed.
First red circle is just below the title bar. Cable looks much better, if there is 1px line between the title bar and the Cable content.
Second red circle is on the sidebar next to the Settings icon. There is one 1px extra line on the right of the Settings button, it should be removed. Right side of the sidebar footer should look exactly like the left side.
If these would be fixed, Cable would look much better.

I've never noticed the 1px extra line on the right of the Settings button.
I agree the title bar needs some sort of separator, but if we add this, it'll look bad in other themes. In other words it's a theming issue.
