Bug Description
Note: this is bug, because looks like we should support external connections for SQL servers.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Deploy MS SQL server
2. Try to connect to this VM on port 1433.
Observed Result:
This port is not allowed for connections from external hosts.
Expected Result:
User can connect to this service from other hosts.
