Bug Description
Description:
User can create few services with different inctance flawor but after deploy they will have the same type of flawor.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in WebUI
2. Navigate to Project > Environments
3. Create environment 'test'
4. Add new service (for example, with Type = IIS and with Instance flavor = m1.small) for this environment
5. Add another service (for example, with Type = IIS and with Instance flavor = m1.large) for this environment
6. Start to deploy
7. Navigate to Instances and look on the column 'Size'
Observed Result:
Both instances have same size of flavor, but were created with different
