Bug Description
Savanna images size could be decreased for both Fedora and Ubuntu if we purge yum/apt cache after installing the packages

According to Ivan (maintainer of Savanna DIB elements) most of this is already done.
So moving to low priority.
Ivan to update this issue, once he checks that everything is cleaned out of the image
