Bug Description
Binary package hint: kopete
When using the global shortcut 'Show/Hide Contact List', the list does show on top of other windows if it is not minimized to tray when using the shortcut.
Reproduction steps:
1. Minimize Kopete to tray (by closing the window for instance)
2. Open it by pressing your configured shortcut for 'Show/Hide Contact List', notice how the window is showing fine on top of all other windows that might be on the desktop
3. Now focus another window so that it covers Kopete window
4. Press the shortcut again, notice how the taskbar item flashes, and that the window is still hidden behind the other window
The behavior should be the same as when clicking the tray icon, ie. the list is always shown on top of everything else if tray icon is clicked (no matter what state the window was in before), unless the window was already focused.
Works fine with Kopete 0.5.80 in the latest Intrepid.
