Gamma option no longer documented

Binary package hint: cupsys

I found the gamma option in the online old CUPS 1.1 manual, and it did indeed make a difference, but it wasn't listed in the lpoptions man page nor by lpoptions -l.

Among the included docs, gamma was only mentioned in api-ppd.html, spec-ipp.html and spec-ppd.html.

In my opinion the best place for the gamma option is http://localhost:631/help/options.html
Perhaps the lpoptions man page should reference to this document for possible options.
We are happily accepting patches for this issue, feel free to create them.
