I am getting the same X errors in my .xsession-errors file when I move windows around. I using Feisty Fawn as well, kubuntu-desktop environment.

By chance do you have any flash running in the firefox windows when this occurs? If so, then it may be related to bug 14911.

In any case, if you have encountered this after upgrading to feisty from a prior version, can you please re-run the xorg configuration tool, to see if it is simply some leftover from your prior xorg.conf? (Note, if you have binary video drivers installed, you may need to remove them first, and then reinstall after.)

 $ sudo cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf /etc/X11/xorg.conf.dapper
 $ sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg

[Moving into xorg package - it's not yet clear this is in libx11.]

No flash running in Firefox. It occurs with any window I have open.

This is a fresh install of Feisty, so no prior version of xorg.conf.
However, I am only seeing the errors when I am using KDE. I just
tried Gnome and am not seeing the errors in my .xession-errors file.

Hmm, not sure what is causing this, but since it occurs with kde but not gnome, it sounds like it's an issue somewhere in kde. Refiling into kdebase... hopefully someone there can help pin it down.

Is this still an issue with the latest Ubuntu?
