Bug Description
When using 'hide window' functionality to emulate 'quake' mode (no window frame, window at top of screen), if I hit the key for 'full_screen', then 'hide window' I run into a problem when I hit 'full_screen' then 'hide window':
1) I hit 'full_screen' multiple times, and the terminal will shrink down, except not to the layout I had opened it in. It will be centered in the screen. Other than that, it works normally
2) Occasionally, 'full_screen' does nothing, and so all I can do is hide the window. This has happened to me twice, but I haven't been able to consistently recreate it.

I think some of my other fixes have corrected 1. I can't reproduce 2. The only wrinkle I have at the moment is doing:
full, hide, unhide, unfull.
Then the size/position gets messed up, making the window as big as possible.
Couple of things:
1) You don't state which version of Terminator you are using, and
2) You don't mention which problem the -d output is for. 1, 2 or both.
