Bug Description
With the new code in lava-tool, we introduced a general Config class that deals with reading and saving "config" files. We also have an InteractiveConfig class that asks user for the missing parameters, and an InteractiveCache one that stores values in the .cache directory instead of the .config one.
We should consolidate these classes, moving the InteractiveCache into the Config one, and having it handle both the config and cache backend.
