Lockscreen is transparent with invalid background

Bug Description

Same as bug #1208889 for Greeter:

If background is invalid (an empty string, for example), Lockscreen is transparent, showing everything behind it.

Regardless of the background fallback, it should probably always have an opaque rectangle "at the bottom" to never show anything behind it - at least until we get the blur...
