Bug Description
If one creates a new folder, and then cancels while renaming to cancel, the context menu of that file is greyed out (see the attached pic), so you can't rename or delete it. This only comes right after navigating away, then returning to the folder.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Click 'Create New Folder' from the context menu.
2) Press escape to cancel folder naming.
3) Right click on the folder and observe.
A minor bug, but I've run into it a few times.
