Clipman does not show the clipped/copied text

clipman version: 2:1.2.3-1build2

The clips do not appear under the upper panel, the seem to appear in the invisible plane ABOVE the upper panel...

At the moment the clips are open there, the computer will NOT react to any other mouse click ... or keystroke event ...

I cannot make a screen shot neither ..
