Bug Description

1)
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 13.04
Release: 13.04

2)
$ apt-cache policy retext
retext:
  Installed: 4.0.1-1ubuntu2
  Candidate: 4.0.1-1ubuntu2
  Version table:
 *** 4.0.1-1ubuntu2 0
        500 http://mirror.picosecond.org/ubuntu/ raring/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

3) I expected to have icons at the top of the application window.
4) Icons were not rendered, only any text adjacent to icons was rendered.
