404 on some questions at ask.openstack.org

Bug Description

When I load the main questions page ( https://ask.openstack.org/questions/ ) some of the questions lead me to an error 404 page when I click on them. Looking more closely at the links, some of them have /en/ before /question/ in the url and that seems to cause the problem. It's not consistent and happens to different questions when reloading the page.

I can't replicate the error at the moment. It is possible that you saw this while Evgeny was doing the upgrade to the new Askbot version that supports multiple languages.

I seem unable to reproduce now as well. Perhaps it was indeed just unfortunate timing, sorry for the noise.
