As seen in http://logs.openstack.org/73/29573/13/gate/gate-tempest-devstack-vm-full/65c4234/console.html.gz (from review https://review.openstack.org/29573 ), jenkins job fails with a:

I think Zuul will now re-launch jobs on this sort of error
