Bug Description
When the folder corresponding to a bookmark is renamed or deleted or moved to another folder, the bookmark is left pointing to a non-existing folder. Bookmarks should react to changes in the folders they correspond to:
1) Remove bookmark when folder is deleted or moved
2) Rename bookmark when folder is renamed (primary name only, not custom name).
