Bug Description

I am unable to close any window by clicking the orange cross button. If I hover it, it disappears and the window's title gets over its place. Happens in firefox and in every other window.

If this happens "in every window" as you stated, then it's not a bug in firefox. It would be great if you attached a screenshot or a video of this behavior.

Yes, it's a Ubuntu Bug, I know it, but couln't write "ubuntu-bug ubuntu"
because the system didn't find it. The problem there is not always so
when it again appears I will get a screenshot. I send the screenshot
also here or place it at the bug report?

Hi! Here is two snapshots of the but, one mouse (that doesn't appears at
them) is at the "archivos" menu bar and second mouse has been moved to
cross, minimize y maximize and they disappears...
The bug has coming after playing Steam game, I don't know if it causes
the bug.

Sorry folks, but as part of the bug clean up ahead of 16.04 I'm marking this as invalid because it affects an Ubuntu release which is now unsupported. If you can still recreate this bug in a supported release please do open a new bug and we can triage it for consideration in the 16.04 development cycle.
