Bug Description

Information in the flavor details pane is not refreshed when navigating the flavor drop-down box with arrow keys instead of the mouse.

To reproduce:
1. Attempt to launch an instance
2. Navigate to the flavor drop-down box with the tab key, and change flavors with the arrow keys

Expected results:
3. Information in the flavor details pane should be updated to reflect the currently selected flavor

Actual results:
3. The flavor details pane retains the information from the default flavor (m1.tiny, on my system) rather than the flavor in the drop-down, until you tab or click out of the flavor drop-down.

Unable to reproduce this. It works for me using devstack on chrome.

1. Is this a specific version of OpenStack?
2. Which browser are you using?

1. Latest openstack-dashboard in the ubuntu cloud archive grizzly repository.
2. Firefox 22

I agree, can't reproduce using Chrome. Not sure about IE, because the layout and performance are completely unusable (but who really uses IE these days, anyway?)

There has been long discussion on this for years. And it looks like chrome has added this functionality lately.

The solution is to press enter after pressing up or down arrow key. I tested this and it works.

Unable to reproduce. I tested this bug with Firefox 18.0.2, Firefox 23.0 and Chromium 28.0.15.

I saw you tried another browsers too, is that happening only in Firefox 22.0?

Occurs in all versions of Firefox. Noorul's links were helpful, appears to be a "wontfix" bug in Firefox. Pressing enter after navigating through the dropdown list works. Although, in my case, I just switched to Chrome.

I've reproduced it, using Firefox 28 and Windows 7. No problem using Chrome... Why?

Marcos, did you look at comment #3? For now this is the way Firefox works.
