Bug Description

In KDE -> System Settings -> System Administration -> Startup and Shutdown -> Service Manager -> Startup Services
"Power Management" is in Use but has status "not running". Cannot start it, it yields "Unable to start server powerdevil".
looking into ~/.xsession-errors yields:

kded(2764) Kded::loadModule: Could not load library "kded_powerdevil" . [ "Cannot load library /usr/lib/kde4/kded_powerdevil.so: (/usr/lib/libknewstuff3.so.4: undefined symbol: _ZNK6Attica8Provider21getRegisterAccountUrlEv)" ]

expected: power management should run automatically at login
instead: it did not, and starting it manually is not possible either.
