System Freeze on Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit

Bug Description

i have got an office laptop dell lattibute E6530 and ubuntu 12.04 is installed in that. It is installed in ubuntu 12.04 and every day the system completely gets freeze. I need to click the shutdown button to shutdown and then restart it.

First of all we need the system logs to determine your hardware and software configuration. Even then we won't have enough information to work out what is going on before the freeze, for that you need to tell us the events that lead up to the system freeze.

i used the linux header and image files and it got working fine...
