Bug Description

prevu will fail with the error "hostname: Unknown host" on prevu-init or prevu-update if the /etc/hosts file for the localhost domain name is incorrectly setup.

Seems to be related to netcfg bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/netcfg/+bug/19775

Can be reproduced by editing the /etc/hosts file and removing one of the 3 domain names for the localhost entry.

This happens in the pbuilder (pdebuild) call, which is out of my control.
