Bug Description

When using the Clearlooks-Phenix Theme in 13.10, GTK2 apps look different than GTK3 - take a look at the attached image which shows the difference (menu background, menu border, ...)

I don't know what's the problem (maybe something related with new gtk3 engine?) but it's really annoying. Here is a quick workaround, in a terminal run following command:

sudo sed -i '1060s/.*/padding: 1px;/' /usr/share/themes/Clearlooks-Phenix/gtk-3.0/gtk-widgets.css && sudo sed -i '174,176s/.*/@define-color menubar_gradient_a shade(@core_color_b);/' /usr/share/themes/Clearlooks-Phenix/gtk-3.0/gtk.css

it changes corresponding css files and brings back menu border again and fixes menubar colors.
