I cannot able to read Telugu unicode fonts. Please help.

Bug Description

Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird

When I see a Telugu unicode charector I cannot able to see it it renders junk charector. At the same time I can see and read telugu unicode font of te.wikipedia.org on my firefox browser.

Telugu is a south indian font.
