"save in folder" shows next item in combobox after selection

To reproduce:

1. Open some program that uses the gtk "save as..." dialogs (gimp, firefox, gedit, etc.)
2. Do what you have to do to open the "save as" dialog (usually File -> Save as...).
3. In the "Save in folder" combobox, choose something different than what's selected. The item shown will be the next in the list than what you choose.
4. However, if you save the file, it will be saved in the folder that you choose, not the folder shown.

seb128: you said that this bug is known upstream. Do you know the bug number so that I can close the gedit bug as a duplicate?

http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=447731 is the upstream bug, it should probably be reassigned to GTK+

I've updated to version 2.11.3-0ubuntu2 and I'm no longer experiencing this issue.
