Gnome panels frequently reset

Bug Description

Problem only occurs when running two X Screens.

The desktop panels will very frequently reset and redraw themselves whenever I close a window. Can be anything ranging from an application window to a popup message box.

When this happens the panel bars completely disappear and then show up again empty. They then reload all the various menus, icons, etc. that have been placed on them.
This does not appear to happen when running only one X Screen.

Just thought I would add that this is happening under Gutsy since my report doesn't show on the Gutsy list for some odd reason.
