oem temporary user not removed

Bug Description

The oem-config utility seems to finish correctly, however the temporary oem user is not removed. Also on reboot the oem user automatically logs in.

Using Kubuntu Saucy (13.10)

I installed i386 and the same, oem user is not removed. it does log in as the newly created user after running oem setup but that will be because I clicked the "log in automatically" option
