Bug Description

Animations don't check for ally ownership with AffectsAllies=yes/no tag. Whatever the value, they will affect allied units.

It's already fixed in Graion's AE branch, however, i don't have the power to mark it as such. :P

Please recheck. I simplified/unified AffectsAllies and AffectsEnemies, no matter what the source is. The behavior compared to the previous versions of the AttachEffect branch should still be the same.
