Bug Description

This is

Xubuntu ver. 12.04 LTS -- Precise Pangolin

I was trying to call a program from Applications Menu / Accessories

My mouse hand tripped or slipped and I called Clip Manager instead.

A moment later the Report Manager came on screen and then this bug report came up in my browser.

I was scrolling the pull-down menu to a program named: Recoll, but my hand slipped and Clip Manager was called instead.

I cannot say whether this bug is a security problem or not, so I am not checking the "security" box below.
