Bug Description
This app only has a phone optimized representation. On my Nexus 10, it is only possible to view this app in concert with an app of the system's choosing. You cannot just open it and check the weather. If you were surfing the web earlier, returned to your home screen, and decided it would be nice to look at the weather... the system tosses you gracelessly back into your earlier web browsing activity and pops the weather open as a side note. This is not a pleasant experience, and is very interruptive.

We're focusing on a good phone experience for Version 1.0 and the 13.10 release of Ubuntu. After that we'll work out how it should adapt for tablet and desktop use.
