Bug Description

When Serge Broslavsky authenticates with Crowd, LLP reports that "ototo" is the username, rather than "<email address hidden>". This then results in failed group membership checks.

Serge has tried clearing cookies and I've also taken him through the various Crowd interfaces, including the OpenID server where his profile *did* have "ototo" as the nickname, but he has changed that to his email address.

Clearly the code is getting ototo from somewhere (but I cannot see where) and it may be safer/better if the code was able to use a different attribute value like mail to ensure consistency of the naming standard.

This is an urgent issue because it is preventing Serge from accessing http://releases.linaro.org/12.12/android/images/vexpress-tc2-isw-jb-gcc47-armlt-stable-open

Can I have an update on this, please? I've said it was urgent and yet there doesn't seem to be any attention being given to it.

Thanks.

Just tried accessing the same URL using the same set of credentials and it works just fine.
Perhaps something was cached somewhere and got expired since the previous attempt.

I think this bug can be closed now (at least I'm not able to reproduce the issue anymore).
